Lingova offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features, unlimited practice sessions, and advanced learning tools.

Subscription Plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to basic features
• Premium Monthly: Full access to all features, billed monthly
• Premium Annual: Full access to all features, billed annually at a discounted rate

Billing and Payment:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for recurring subscriptions
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may offer a free trial period for new premium subscribers. Free trial eligibility is determined by us and is limited to one trial per user. We reserve the right to revoke free trial access if we detect abuse or multiple account creation.

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are not provided unless required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@lingova.ai.

Lingova uses artificial intelligence to provide feedback, generate learning content, and personalize your experience. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Important Disclaimers:

• AI feedback and corrections are provided as guidance and may not always be 100% accurate
• The Service is not a substitute for professional language instruction or certified language testing
• AI-generated content should be used as a learning aid, not as the sole source of language education
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or proficiency levels
• AI models are continuously improving, and the quality of feedback may vary

You acknowledge that you use AI-generated content at your own discretion and that we are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on such content.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Lingova, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• The right to modify or copy the materials
• The right to use the materials for any commercial purpose
• The right to attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• The right to remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

When you submit, upload, or transmit content to the Service (including voice recordings, written text, or feedback), you grant Lingova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display such content for the purposes of:

• Training and improving our AI models and algorithms
• Analyzing user behavior and learning patterns (in anonymized, aggregated form)
• Developing new features and educational content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service
• The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information obtained through the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Could harm us, other users, or third parties
• Constitutes abuse or misuse of the Service

Upon termination:

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, all disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
